Course Description

Indian Real Estate Fundamentals is a structured, practical course designed to help you understand how the Indian property market actually works. Whether you are a new broker, investor, real estate associate, or aspiring professional, this course builds clarity around asset types, pricing structures, documentation, approvals, and deal calculations.

You will learn how Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets behave differently, how developers price projects, how to calculate real ticket size (including hidden charges), and how to evaluate new launches versus resale properties. The course also simplifies legal documentation such as LOI, ATS, Sale Agreement, OC, CC, and mutation so you can confidently guide clients.

We also cover due diligence essentials and loan affordability calculations to help you understand eligibility, EMI structuring, and sanction processes.

By the end of this course, you will have a strong conceptual and mathematical understanding of Indian real estate transactions — reducing risk, improving advisory skills, and increasing deal confidence.
